Bay Area Home Seller is the website of Panda Realty, a California real estate brokerage. It is for people thinking about selling a house or condo in the city of San Mateo.
Who you deal with
Every request is answered by Mary K. Beckwith, a licensed California real estate salesperson (DRE #00805836). Your request goes to her, not to a call center or a pool of agents.
Mary works under Russell David Beckwith, the broker of Panda Realty (DRE #00996762). California requires every salesperson to work under a licensed broker, who is responsible for the brokerage's deals.
How we work
- We reply by email unless you ask for a call.
- An estimate is a price range with the recent nearby sales behind it. It is an opinion of value, not an appraisal.
- What you send goes to Mary only. We never sell or share it. See the privacy policy.
- Asking for an estimate commits you to nothing.
Why only San Mateo
Prices, rules and taxes change from one Bay Area city to the next. San Mateo has its own transfer tax and its own tenant rules, for example. Sticking to one city keeps our estimates and answers specific to it. Our seller guides and market report cover San Mateo only.
