What we collect

When you use a form, we collect what you type. The home value form asks for your name, email, property address and selling timeline. The new listings form asks for your name, email, the kind of home you want, your price range and buying timeline. Either form can also take your phone number and a message. Our web server also keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your request: to follow up about selling your home, or to send the listings you asked for and follow up about your search. We do not sell or rent your information. It goes to one licensed agent at Panda Realty.

Cookies and tracking

Visitors get no cookies. The only cookie on this site keeps our agent signed in to her private lead list. We use PostHog, an analytics service, to count visits and see which pages people read. It records the pages you view, the site that sent you, your browser and device type, and a general location based on your IP address. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, so each visit is counted on its own. It does not record what you type into the form, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because we do no cross-site tracking to turn off.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to stop hearing from us, email [email protected]. We will act on your request within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
